I just had house appraised locally...Dec 2017, appraised at 79,900...your ",paper appraisal" is wayyy off....This picture is really old, there is now a carport, cement drive, landscaping in front and back, fence, new bath this year, remodled kichen last year, new front porch. Refinanced last year and was apraised at $77,00 before the kitchen and front porch upgrad.
