Renter's insurance is required. Maximum occupancy per local housing codes. All applicants 18 and over must complete an application and screening. Rent is paid electronically. No subletting or short term rentals permitted. No alterations without prior written approval. A 12-month lease is required. Lease must begin within 14 days of approval unless otherwise agreed in writing.
