This house is infested with black mold. One window leaked so bad everytime it would rain that paint would bubble out from the wall filled with water. The window was never fixed and the wood never replaced. Basement is a black mold disaster. It floods anytime it rains (even a light rain) or snow melts. DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE!!
