Looking for a roommate to take the spare bedroom in my townhome. Completely private room, no other roommates. Includes attached bathroom, internet, washer-dryer usage, and access to my rooftop patio. It is 2 minutes from I-15, 15 minutes from UVU and 10 minutes to the shopping in Lehi and Orem. VASA fitness is also in the neighborhood. The room is furnished: the bed, dresser and mirror will stay, the desk and chair are the current tenant's. You will also have access to my living room couch and TV. Monthly utilities and etc. will be a flat rate. I'm looking for someone who is organized/ responsible and likes a mostly quiet, chill, atmosphere. 6 month lease, options to renew or go month-to-month available. No smoking, no pets.
