If you do not own your own washer and dryer, we have coin-operated laundry on site. The Bentley Apartments has a gated entrance, a gated parking garage, a beautiful courtyard area to host BBQs or sit outside, and our building is one block from the beach. We have elevator access to all floors. We are a NO SMOKING / NO PETS building. We require excellent credit to move in with a credit score over 700 and tenants must make 3X their rent or be able to show they have funds to cover rent during the term of their lease. This unit has brand new beige colored carpet that was just installed. The unit is now ready for move-in. The building is a one-block walk to the beaches of Puget Sound and the Des Moines Marina. We require renters to sign a one-year lease. If you pass the credit and background check, you will be asked to put down a $1000 deposit to hold the unit until you move in. You pay first month's rent when you move in, and it is prorated if you move in after the 1st of the month. We do no require last month's rent. We are a No Smoking / No Pets building. Water, sewer, and garbage are included with your rent. We also include one parking spot in our gated parking garage. We have additional parking outside and onsite at our property. After the one-year lease is fulfilled, the lease goes month-to-month giving renters the flexibility to move out whenever they want.
