I am looking for someone to rent my place for the Spring Semester on 42nd and Chester street. The area is perfect for students as it is within walking distance to Penn and the University of Sciences. There are a bunch of cafes/restaurants next door plus Clark Park is only a block away! The area is served by four trolley routes within a two block radius. You can catch the 11, 34, 36, or 13. The apartment is a four bedroom but we used to keep one bedroom open for guests. You will be living on the first floor with a spacious back yard! In addition, there are two bathrooms, a great living room, and a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher. The apartment is all wood floors and has bike storage in the back yard or in the basement as well. There is also free street parking and it is usually not too difficult to find a spot. Move in is January first and the lease will last for 5 months. I am open to selling some furniture if preferred.
