Month-to-month rental agreement All utilities are included. (electrical, water, garbage) $450 security deposit (refundable if general/light "wear and tear" of occupied room when moving out). Move in payment: First month rent (pro-rated), security deposit: $1,175. Pro-rated when moving out Must pass a background check. $15 - $50 non-refundable fee to process your background check and rental application
