Great space on a quite deadend street! Great potential! Renter just moved out. Needs lots of work. Ill be making plans to do all the work but if you are a DIY type individual who wants to get involved in some or all of the work I can make you a great deal. I will list what I know needs to be done. Yard is our of hand. We have cleaned out all the stuff. House and yard need a good clean out and cleaning. Some sheetrock work, painting, most of the house needs flooring and probable some door and trim issues. Tenant pays utilities. I always offer RTO options. We rent for the first year to give you a chance to get to know the property etc and gives me a chance to get to know you and how you handle your business. We can lock in rent price and potential sales price based on what work you are willing to take on verse what you want me to do. After the 1st year, assuming you handle your business well, we can move into an owner finance agreement and make you a home owner!
