my home is a sweet little mobile home that I and my sons called home for 6 years. It doesn't have any special features but it has been taken care of. Non smoking. It is located on a lot that requires lot rent and water payments. Of course you can move it. I recommend the park as it's clean, secluded nobody knows about it. I don't have a fence. The porch isn't big enough to sit and BBQ but the yard is huge and easily maintained.
