Lots of natural light, a big closet and a great AC unit. A quick 3-5min walk to the Fort Hamilton Pkwy stop on the F/G lines and just a few blocks to the majestic lake at Prospect Park. Lease will be for one year. Move in available on Aug 1st. Room will be empty- unfurnished. Apt living room & kitchen are furnished. You would be subletting my room for the month of August, and once my lease is up at the end of the month, you would be signing a year lease that would begin Sept 1st. $900 monthly rent, due on the 1st- and utilities are separate, which usually come out to around $30-40 depending on the season. The landlord/building owner lives in the neighborhood and is very responsive & helpful HUGE perk! This is a single bedroom in a 3br apartment- the roommates are two female professionals in their early twenties that are very kind, clean and respectful. Quiet place to live, wonderfully peaceful and safe neighborhood. Balcony in front of the apartment, as well as a private balcony out of the room. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric- which tends to average about $30-40 depending on the season.
