I am the owner, there has been several scams going on with rentals recently I do not require any fees, the first thing I do is show the unit and then go from there We have a second floor two bedroom apartment avail on the east side of Oswego. The unit is close to E Bridge St, on bus lines and has off street parking. The unit has carpets in the bedrooms and living room and vinyl tile in kitchen and bath. Rent is $1300 a month and includes everything (heat, electric, water / sewer) except cable / Wifi . Unit has washer / dryer in the bath. Rent also includes snow and trash removal and lawn care. No pets , no smoking or vaping of anything in the building
