Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time, and quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM (noise-detecting technology may be used to monitor excessive noise levels). No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed (exterior video surveillance located outside may be used to monitor activity). No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property (smoking is allowed outside the home only). No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over (even if not spending the night) unless under the reservation guest count. Tampering with exterior surveillance (external camera), noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $300. For any undisclosed pet, a $500 charge will apply. A dedicated workspace is available.
