This is a BIG duplex??? 4 bedrooms! The public records don't include the entire 3rd floor. The owned bought as a fixer-upper, but, now, when he is close to the end, he has been transferred. All the big (and middle) stuff have been done, Its just down to cosmetics to clean up. Should have no problem with an FHA or any other mortgage.
