    This property is located in one of the finest neighborhoods in Newport. It is one block from Newport Harbor and two blocks off Ocean Drive. Fort Adams is one half mile from the property. That makes Sail Newport another neighbor. The Newport Country Club is located on Harrison Avenue and is approximately a mile south of the house. It is not far to Bailey's Beach, Gooseberry Beach, or Hazard Beach. Brenton Point is approximately one mile south of the property. Walking to the downtown area is definitely possible. Harrison Avenue is two blocks from the New York Yacht Club and a block from Ida Lewis Yacht Club. Electric has been upgraded. The windows in the kitchen are custom-made, and all the windows in the house are updated Marvin windows. Also, the kitchen was updated in 2005. The appliances are all stainless steel. There is a Subzero refrigerator with all Bosch appliances. The cabinets were custom-made and granite countertops have been installed. There are four full baths and one half bath. The bath in the family game room is a great "after the beach" accommodation. There is a nice spot for your nanny with a private entrance. A double-car garage is a good addition, and you can park at least six cars in the driveway.
