Amazing river views. Excellent condition, very spacious apartment. Lots of closet space. Kitchen and bathroom was remodeled. (I bought this apartment in 2005 as an estate sale and completely gutted the apartment. I have now moved to SF--I have relatives living there now and am not looking to "actively market" this apartment, but I will consider offers if you'd like to move! The building and location are amazing and the views are super nice. I used to be a real estate broker and now am a lawyer living in the bay area.
