Preference is given to one guest party that will book a minimum of 60 nights. The rate is $250 per night with no booking fees or taxes. This contemporary 3 bed/2 bath home at Mission Hills Country Club East is complete with a south-facing covered patio and private infinity pool overlooking the golf course with panoramic mountain views. There is also a generous side patio/courtyard for lounging, that can be accessed directly from the primary bedroom. The main living room and kitchen areas are designed to take in the scenic views from indoors. The primary bedroom has a split King bed with adjustable mattresses, while the secondary bedrooms have a Cal King bed and a Queen sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has its own television with streaming devices, and the home is fully equipped for your seasonal getaway. Washer and dryer included. Garage parking is provided and guests will have access to a community pool nearby. Conveniently located just 2 miles from the commercial district at Dinah Shore Drive and Monterey Avenue for shopping and eateries. Pool Heat is optional and can be controlled electronically by guests. The owners will cover the first $200/month of the gas utility bill, and a partially refundable deposit of $200 per month will be collected to cover any overages. There is also a heated community pool and spa within walking distance to the home. As a seasonal vacation rental, the full payment is due within 30 days of arrival. Payments can be made in two installments. Tenants will have the opportunity to review the rental agreement and cancellation policy prior to signing. Payments can be made by check or cashier's check only. If paying by credit card, you will need to book on AirBnB with additional fees.
