This is a basement apartment in a single family home in Oakley near the east side Home Depo. All utilities are included! Quick access to routes 240 and 40. A private entrance with off the street parking for 2 cars allows complete privacy. There is a 10X10 unheated entry room, a closet at the entry, a 13' X 14' bedroom, a 24' X 11' living room, a 13'X 8 & 1/2' bedroom, a very nice bathroom with storage cabinets, excellent laundry equipment, and a kitchen with a fridge, oven, dishwasher, and a beautiful black walnut counter top. All utilities are included, Rent is due on the first of the month, if its more than 5 days late a $25. fee is added. We expect it on the first. Garbage cans are just outside the door however the tenant is required to move them to the curb early on garbage collection day, or the day before, and to return them back to there usual location. An electrical panel is in the apartment for the whole house, therefore on rare occasions if a breaker trips, we will inform you and ask for permission to re sett the breaker. Unfortunately the kitchen has a low ceiling, therefore tall people would not be comfortable. No smokers allowed!
