Water and trash services are provided by the landlord. Tenant is responsible for gas, electricity, and internet services. No alterations or modifications may be made without prior written consent from the landlord. Standard wall hangings and minor, non-damaging decor are permitted. This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. At the end of the lease term, a minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice is required if the tenant intends to vacate. Continued occupancy requires a new lease agreement. Lease non-compliance such as non-payment of rent, unauthorized occupants or pets, or property damage may result in formal notices and further action as outlined in the full lease agreement and in accordance with applicable law.
