Our condo is located in a newly-renovated historic building called 'The 1865' and it is located just over 1 mile outside the core of downtown Nashville. It is central to just about everything and just a short distance to all of the many great neighborhoods in town. The 1865 has a great story to tell; the building is a newly-renovated, 4-story, historic, brick tobacco "barn" that has been converted into luxury condominiums. It is absolutely one of the more unique and exquisite buildings in Nashville. The team behind the renovations has done a fantastic job keeping most of the original elements of the existing historic structure while integrating all things modern (brand new condos, kitchens, appliances, showers, bathrooms, etc). Nestled behind our entry gates, our guests will have access to free parking and a really cool outdoor area consisting of a small heated pool with a swim-up bar, multiple grills, outdoor televisions, etc. It is a wonderful place to call "home base" while in Nashville!
