Very nice 3 BR home on a double corner lot. The kitchen, dining, and living room have an open concept and flow very nicely. The Kitchen has tons of upper and lower cabinets, tons of countertop area, and plenty of room for more than one cook in the kitchen. The kitchen sink is open to view the dining and living room- makes clean up a breeze while you can still watch TV or talk to the kids about their day. There is a ledge off the countertops by the dining area with room for bar stools that you could use for quick meals. There are 3 sizable bedrooms and a main bathroom down the hall off the kitchen. This area would not need to be open for guests as there is a ½ bath off the kitchen. The living room is a nice size and shape boasting a stone fireplace with an electric insert that could easily be changed to gas if you desired. The large window overlooking the fenced in back yard to keep an eye on pets or children while you relax in the air conditioning or heat of the house. The laundry is currently in a large utility closet on the main floor. Using the kitchen table to fold laundry was a great bonus. However, if you wanted a full blown laundry room, one of the upstairs bedrooms would work very well to keep it on the main floor, or you could move it to one of the rooms in the basement. The basement is partially finished with nice wide carpeted stairs, a pantry area, another carpeted room with a large closet- was used as a bedroom however it does not have the egress windows to be called a bedroom. There is another room that is not finished as well. Garage is 30x43 with 12' overhead door perfect for bigger sized vehicles, I was told that it could house 4 school busses without an issue. There are workshop spaces, and storage galore in this garage! You do not find a garage like this on most properties- Great for working on cars, crafts, or BOTH- you’d have plenty of room! We installed a brand new water heater 9/2023. We were in the middle of remodeling the main bathroom and it is NOT completed- We were installing a whirlpool tub, however did not finish this project. Price of the house will depend on who finishes this project- me or you!
