Tours are NOT available. The first step is to submit your application and get approved by the Community Manager. Once you are approved, you will be contacted for a processing appointment and then you will be given a tour of the apartment prior to lease signing. Apartments are assigned in the order in which completed applications, with fee are received back to us. You will receive a letter by mail to find out if you are approved or not.
