    There is NOT a living room and family room. I couldn't get Living Room off. Great Floor Plan with 2 bedrooms on 1 side of the house and the master on the other side. Carpet in the Family Room and vinyl plank throughout the rest. At this price it shouldn't last long. Large fenced backyard. THE REFRIGERATOR IN THE KITCHEN STAYS, THE REFRIGERATOR IN THE GARAGE GOES.. I looked at the roof and I think its Architectural Shingles, the owner doesn't know so I put Composite Shingles but it very well could be Architectural. Any buyer needs to see for themselves.
