We also have an overhang by the entrance or the front doug fir patio with Wisteria Vines. I am pretty obsessed with interior design. I actually started an Airbnb Furnishing company so I have furnished the common areas of this house, although I can provide it vacant. The Bedrooms: 1.Small Bedroom on 1st Floor with closet outside of the bedroom, tall ceilings, large windows and can be fully furnished. 2. Bedroom on 1st Floor with large closet, carpet, and privacy close to the bathroom, laundry room and outdoors. 3. Large Bedroom on the 1st Floor with a Private bathroom with an amazing shower. This room also has a huge closet, really tall ceilings, and great natural light. This is the Master Bedroom of the house and definitely feels like it! 4. Medium Bedroom on 2nd Floor with access to the attic 5. Medium Bedroom on 2nd Floor with views of the street Owner pays for Trash, Recycling and Compost. Renter responsible for gas, electricity, cable, wifi and water. Last Month's rent and security deposit due at signing the Lease Agreement. First Month's rent due on Move-in date.
