This studio apartment is located on the second floor of the historic carriage house building (literally, where the horses and carriages used to be kept!). It is a small studio with full bath and kitchen and a working wood burning fireplace. Central heat and window unit a/c included. Laundry is on the first floor below the apartment. This apartment can be entered through the main building or directly from the alley. We have a long history of musicians renting this studio, since there are no immediate neighbors (so a great space for practicing an instrument). Coming vacant as early as May 22nd, but we have a flexible start date on this apartment and can start a lease as late as June 1st.
