The 3rd floor has two bedrooms (master and small) along with full bath including a Bidet! 2nd Floor is where the kitchen is located, unique layout with eat in booth! A door leads out to the stone Patio for great cookouts. Opposite the kitchen is large room that can be used as formal dinning area or living room. A half bathroom is also located on this level. First floor of the property has another large space currently being used for some storage of some large items. There are two entrances to the home and will be accessible to the Tenants.
