This is a daily/weekly vacation home rental, no 12 month leases. Inside the gates of Lakeside Chautauqua! Additional gate fees charged from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Memorial Day - Labor Day requires a 7 night minimum stay, Saturday - Saturday. Off-season rentals requires 3 night minimum stay. Call for specific dates and prices per night. Beautifully decorated nautical home situated in a peaceful part of Lakeside. Very spacious (gas range) kitchen and dining room. Dining area goes out to the enclosed porch which is a great place to sit back and relax, enjoy family game time, or just simply enjoying your morning coffee. This year round Lake House is surrounded by beautiful gardens and outdoor sitting areas! The cottage has the much desired first floor bedroom with king bed. The large full bath and laundry room complete the first floor. Upstairs are three bedrooms and another full bath. Bedroom 1 (up) has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 (up) has a queen bed, Bedroom 3 (up) has a bunk bed (full bottom, twin top) and an additional twin bed. Sleeps 14. Each room is decorated in beach/nautical themes! Come make your Lakeside Family memories! This is a Pet Friendly cottage allowing one Dog under 25 pounds. Cleaning Fee: $300 Wifi Off Road at cottage for multiple vehicles Bed linens and towels are not provided Please note: a cleaning fee of is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds.
