Fire ring provided in back yard for nighttime relaxing as well large deck around back of the house. Nice clean neighborhood. I mow the lawn. Sidewalk snow removal is the tenants responsibility. Lease is from June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026. Rent is due the 1st of every month. Renters are responsible for the utilities. No drugs, no illegall activities, no smoking and no pets.
