Prompt Repairs: The Tenant shall promptly report any damage or issues to the Property (e.g., plumbing, electrical, appliances, etc.) to the Landlord. Smoking is also prohibited in any shared or common areas of the property. The Tenant may only smoke in designated outdoor areas, if applicable, and agrees to dispose of cigarette butts or other smoking-related materials in a responsible and sanitary manner. Violation of this No Smoking Policy may result in a penalty or the termination of the lease, as well as any costs associated with cleaning or damage caused by smoking. THE WHITE HOUSE is off-limits.
