freshly painted, new carpet, faux wood white blinds, 4 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms with large dining room- either/or, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, washer and dryer, 5 year old new a/c and heat unit, large fenced in backyard, this is all electric home and energy efficient. new shingles on roof of home -2 years old 1 year lease required. after 1 year is met with no issues, I normally do a 2 year lease. non smokers is REQUIRED, no PETS inside or outside OR IN GARAGE...NO PETS, owners pays property tax and property insurance, renter can obtain renter insurance if they see fit. property owner will do yearly inspection and give you 24 hours notice renter is required to pay all utilities, keep yard cut, weeding eating and raked, pick up trash, DO NOT PARK IN YARD AT ALL, there is sufficient parking curb side and concreted parking spaces, DO NOT CLIMB THE FENCE AND DO NOT ALLOW OTHERS, DO NOT HAVE SATELITE DISH OR OTHER ITEMS MOUNTED TO THE ROOF OR SIDE OF THE HOME. IF SOMETHING BREAKS OR AND ACCIDENT HAPPENS LET ME KNOW IMMEDIATELY, EVERY MONTH I WILL SUPPLY YOU WITH AND A/C FILTER AND YOU ARE REQUIRED AND ASK TO CHANGE IT IMMEDIATELY. MY HOME IS SUPPLIED WITH MORE THAN ADDEQUATE FIRE ALARMS THAT WORK AND A FIRE EXTINGUISHER.
