The UP is located on the first floor of the 610 building, so great for our guests who desire no steps. The living room-kitchen open concept area is extremely spacious with a custom built eat up island area set for four individuals. The granite countertop spills over to the floor in a modern waterfall edge. Appliance package is all brand new in 2022 with a fridge with ice maker and abundant space for a family. King bed set up in the first bedroom and two extra long twins are in the second XLs have been set up instead of traditional twins to support our adult workers or families with kids and growing teens. Each unit comes with a garage, not attached, and free laundry access in the building. In addition to the garage there is a second parking space available. We also have an outside area between buildings with a large picnic table and smoker/grill for our guests to enjoy. Utilities are included for 6 months stay or longer.
