I am looking for 2 roommates to share a 4 bedroom house with. I am a very community minded individual who believes that a communal space works well if all individuals are able to communicate through the noise. I am looking for like minded individuals (NO COUPLES PLEASE) who want to build a communal space. I am open to facilitating weekly house meetings/dinners so that we can all remain on the same page about whatever is going on in our home. I don't mind guests so long as they are respectfully. Please no scammers. I will request a zoom meeting and an in person meeting prior to renting because I want to assure that I know who I am leaving with. Electricity, internets, cable included. Water and trash will be shared!
