I am looking for someone to take over the lease, which ends January 7, 2021, with an option to renew the lease. I've enjoyed the apartment for a little over six years, and am only leaving because I'm taking a job out of state. The loft apartment features hardwood floors and abundant natural light from sky light and large front window. The apartment has an in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, glass stove-top oven (electric), large refrigerator, and separate wine refrigerator. Both bedrooms have a large walk-in closet, with the large master bedroom upstairs. The smaller downstairs bedroom is attached to the downstairs bathroom, making for a nice separate space for a roommate or guest. One parking spot in the Fuller Street garage is included with the rent. In addition to the rent, the management company charges for cable ($99.99), valet trash ($45.47), water/sewer, and various administrative fees. Pets are an additional fee, though I don't know how much, as I do not have any pets. Electric is paid separately to Duke Energy by the tenant. The management company also requires a $100 background check as part of the application process.
