Vintage second-floor, two bedroom apartment surrounded by great tenants! On the bus line, with the bus stop four houses away. Washer dryer in the unit. Hardwood floors, and mostly new windows. I usually fix any issues within a day or so. I am on site most days usually fixing something or working in the yard. Tenant pays 50% of the gas bill which includes hot water, and heat. Landlord pays for trash, recycling, water, and sewer. No smoking in the building. Deposit and first months rent are due at least signing. There's a pet fee of $100 for cats and $150 for dogs.
