Outdoor bar with bbq, mini fridge, hot tub, huge pool with slide. Washer/Dryer will also be left. House was a favorite on Airbnb! 3 bedrooms have a queen bed. 1 bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed. Will be available April 1st. Pool service on pool only will continue and included with lease. Prefer 12+ month lease. Will not do monthly. First /Last & deposit to move in. Deposit due at signing of lease. First /last due prior to move in. NO SUBLETTING NO EXCEPTIONS. Renter responsible for all utilities. Although this house comes fully furnished- owners are not responsible for anything that will break/stop working during renters lease. Pool service is included in rent- a pool service will be tending to the pool one day a week.
