I am looking for ONE clean and considerate roommate to share a brand new 4 bed, 3.5 bath 2300+ sq ft. townhouse. Ideally you are a young professional. Work from home is OK. The rooms you will be renting are on the third floor with details as follows: - One unfurnished bedroom for one tenant in the same newly constructed townhome. The bedroom is 125 square feet in size and has its own closet. You will have your own double sink bathroom located in the hallway. You will share the house with two people: one other tenant and the landlord (30, male). The overall structure of the townhouse is as follows. First floor: Spacious foyer as entry to the house. An open room is used as the landlord's work space. Second floor features a large shared living room that will be fully furnished, with access to home theater & entertainment. The kitchen has a large walk-in pantry and all the essentials for eating, cooking, and cleaning. Behind it is an "outdoor living area" -- a covered porch that gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day. Third floor: Tenants' rooms and private bathrooms, laundry closet with washer and dryer. Fourth floor: Access to a large rooftop terrace that receives year-round natural light, great for lounging or hosting friends. Landlord's bedroom is also on this floor. Gas, water, electricity, and Internet (Xfinitiy, 300mbps) will be split three ways between two tenants and landlord. Parking space on streets around the house. Ten minute drive to Costco, downtown Frederick, and shops & restaurants at Westview Promenade, as well as employers such as Fort Detrick & NIH. About me: I am a 30 year old UX designer for a tech startup. I work from home, and travel occasionally throughout the year. In my free time I am usually painting, drawing, video editing, or doing some other creative activity. I enjoy hiking and working out.
