This house is one of four on the Mishpocha Compound, a 1.5-acre community of creative intergenerational neighbors. I'm the landlord, I live in a house across the way, and I built the whole compound myself. The yard is beautiful and useable--if you're into gardening, you'll have lots of space for it. My two large dogs have the run of it, which is why we have a NO PETS policy. The house is accessed from a driveway at the dead-end of Richardson Lane, where you'll also find access to Roy Guerrero Park and Secret Beach. The house is very spacious--ideal for one person or a couple, but roommates, not so much. Appliances include an induction stove, washer and dryer and the best fridge on the compound. Lots of outdoor space. There are two houses at 6104 Richardson--Buildings 1 and 2. The rental is building 2, not visible from the street. Renter is responsible for utilities (electric, water, trash pickup), internet (AT&T and Google Fiber available. Will consider lease from 6 months to 2 years. One parking space available, plenty more on Richardson Lane. Renter is responsible for cleaning mini-splits monthly and replacing smoke alarm battery yearly.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
