I recently upgraded the bathrooms and the kitchen and the outside landscaping a few months ago. Here is a list of most of the things that I did to the house. Exterior -entire house repainted, white with black accents. -Backyard deck has been re-stained -Rock beds in front and back -New mailbox -New gutter system -Fence line replaced -New gates on both sides Bathrooms -Shower tile -Shower spa panels -Thick shower glass doors -New tub on bottom floor bathroom Kitchen -Modern style sink -Countertops replaced (Quartz) -Cabinets freshly painted -New cabinet fixtures -New overhead lighting -New Backsplash (Kitchen tile above countertops) -New Oven One of the 3 rooms is an upstairs loft. It is a giant room (about 20 x 30) with closet and bathroom. My last tenant has been there almost 3 years. before that tenant moved in i installed new floors throughout the house and painted the interior. I am looking for a 6 month lease that turns into a month to month.
