This home is available for 30 - 90 day stays and is perfect remote workers with two complete work stations, or for those looking to move to Bend. Just 10 minutes to Old Mill or downtown Bend and 30 minutes to the Mt Bachelor wilderness area and ski resort. This light and bright home boasts an open concept living space with hardwood floors throughout. The seating area includes a gas fireplace, two leather sofas, reading chair and 65-inch Samsung smart television. The fully equipped chef's kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, gas range and oversized island with counter seating. The master bedroom with on suite includes a king size bed and smart tv, while the guestroom has a queen bed and second workstation with electronic sit/stand desk. Both beds have brand new Saatva mattresses with pillow tops and high quality linens. The third bedroom/office includes a murphy bed with queen size Casper mattress. Additional spaces include a laundry room and 2 car garage with outlet for EV charging. Outside amenities include a gated deck, Weber propane bar-b-que, patio dining area and lounge chairs to relax and enjoy the view! This is a 30-day minimum rental and includes all utilities, water, garbage and high-speed internet. We allow one well-behaved dog with pre-approval (sorry, no cats). There is also an additional $100 per month pet fee. Additional rules: 1. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. 2. If you have a pet joining you, please be respectful in cleaning up your pets waste. Failure to do so will result in a $25 charge for each scoop of waste left for our cleaners to pick up. 4. Pets are not allowed on any furniture. 5. In the event that damage to the property or its contents is not covered by our insurance or it exceeds the security deposit, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests. 6. A maximum of 3 vehicles will be allowed per stay. All vehicles, including RV's and trailers can not be parked in one location, street parking included, longer than 48 hours per Hidden Hills CC&R rules. 7. Snow removal is the responsibility of the renter. You'll find a shovel in the garage to use, please NO SALT on the cement (it can cause long-term damage).
