    Available is a unique basement apartment. Unique, you question? Yes! It has original hardwood floors dating to 1936. Ya, that's right, original! When have you ever seen original, vintage, hardwood floors in a basement? Super-cool! It also has the original cabinetry and fixtures - that is, they have not been updated but it does retain the charm of these old houses. Oh, to come clean, there's no dishwasher either. But, it does have a washer/dryer room all to yourselves. There's quite a bit of funky storage areas too. It also has a fireplace! And, the landlords supply the firewood. Really, you ask? Ya, really! Well, the landlords are upstairs and I cut my own firewood for us so its no big whoop. Right? This is a basement. I'm not going to deceive you and call it a "garden level" as it's an old-school basement apartment that was original to this Deco-era duplex house. Super-cool in my book but be advised - it might not be your bailiwick. did I mention that it's in the perfect location? Just north of campus and less than a mile to the heart of Old Town. The neighborhood is eclectic. South Loomis, while an artery into CSU, tends to be surprisingly dull - even during school months; it tends to be quiet at nights and especially quiet throughout the summer. It's just a block off the CSU campus so some students champion this location. There are some grads, professionals, and owner-occupied neighbors too - families as well. My wife and I also live on this street. We are business owners and have grown to love this neighborhood in our 13 years as residents. We try to make this basement unit a good value - most of our past tenants stay for many years. Text is very good, 970.310.6071. Call? I just might find time to answer but not likely. Evenings or mid-day might be the best to show the place but I try to be flexible.
