Most transit on our street is our neighbors coming and going * Peaceful, safe neighborhood, plenty of vegetation, bird songs in the morning :) * Our neighbors are mostly senior adults and a few UPRM students * A neighbor takes care of their beloved older parent and, for that reason, we appreciate your coming and going quietly. For these reasons, our preferred short-term tenants want to enjoy a quiet time. We are welcoming you to the apartment on the bottom level of our house. * Our property stands out for its reliability: * A solar panel system generates electricity for us * A water tank system supplies us water during service outages * Two Internet connections to make sure we are able to work and conduct our daily business * No pets. No smoking. No loud music or parties. * Max 2 cars. We offer free parking on premise. We will ask you to park on assigned spots on our driveway. We often have visitors during the day. Your parking on the assigned spots will help traffic on our driveway. Please do not park on the street to avoid neighbor complaints. * Please do not idle (meaning, running your car engine) while the vehicle is parked in front of the house. * Turn off the air conditioning units in the bedroom when leaving the apartment. * If during your stay, something of our property (cabinets, towels, bed sheets, etc) gets stained, please notify us as quickly as possible and we'll come clean it. We want to maintain everything in the best condition possible and removing stains sooner rather than later is best. We want you to enjoy your stay.
