Enjoy access to two pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, a fitness center, a fishing dock, private beach access, and two waterfront restaurants just steps away. Beach towels, chairs, and a cooler are provided. Bahia Beach is a quiet bayside retreat with restaurants, a marina, and coastal charm. Walk to the beach, pools, and dining. A car is recommended for exploring Tampa, St. Pete, or nearby beaches. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. Pets are not allowed, but ESA pets incur a pet fee of $80 and service animals are free. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property.
