Amazing apartment for an amazing price! It is a SUBLEASE and is only available from May 11 till August 23. This is one of the housing gems in Provo. The apartment is large, but feels larger. It is a split level apartment with the kitchen, living room, and laundry room/half bath downstairs and two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. There is also a linen closet upstairs and a lot of storage under the stairs. The apartment will be furnished with our furniture while we are away (e.g., couch, loveseat, dressers, kitchen table and chairs, entertainment center, desk, washer/dryer etc.). However, you will need to bring your own bed(s). The deposit is $600 for the apartment which will be paid to our landlord and $300 will be to cover the furniture and will be paid to us. Internet is also provided and there are typically two off-street parking spaces. On a side note, there is also an AMAZING grape vine that grows all along the fence that you can pick at your discretion.This is a sublease that will go from May 11, 2016 till August 23, 2016. We are looking for a good tenant that will take care of our home. Our landlord does request that you pass a background check at your expense. The background check is $45.
