All new with Central A/C, 4 bedrooms , 4 Queen size beds, A futon for additional guests, exquisite bathrooms, and an outdoor shower, a paver patio off the dining room completely fenced in for privacy ....A Barbeque, bicycles to ride to town or the beach or wherever you may want to explore......our house is a four minute walk to 6th street beach with fantastic views of Shelter Island, a basketball court, swings and play toys for the kids...Master bedroom boasts a 24 x 8 walk out covered porch, a walk-in closet, private entrance to the bathroom and a 55" tv. Living room also has a 55" tv, a breakfast bar as part of the kitchen layout, an office if you want or need to work from home, with a barn door for privacy. Of course there is hi-speed Wifi, fully furnished, towels, soaps, linens Hi-Quality mattresses( we know how very important that is)... washer, dryer, even a cleaning lady to come in and clean the house for you during your stay included in the price......Give me a call and we can talk about everything this home has to offer........ask me about the free off season extended weekend your choice if you rent one of the in season months.............. June rental will start on May 27th as a bonus and rents for $12500 .July rents for $13500.....August goes through Labor day as a bonus and rents for $14,500....Utilities and cleaning service are included in the rental price. There is a long driveway for off street parking.....at least three cars ......we do not allow smoking in the house at all...reluctant to allow pets but if yours is well trained we will consider a small dog... yes of course you may entertain but we will not allow wild parties and we reserve the right to limit your guest list.....the house does sleep 10 people comfortably!
