Neighborhood is a good mix of permanent residents and students with kids and pets around. Two blocks from the recently expanded Chintimini Park. Appliances all provided. New tub and surround on main floor. High efficiency furnace, hardwood floors and other original amenities in 1930 home mixes modern and functional and historic character. Very clean and ready for move in. I'm glad to show the property or answer any questions! 9 or 10 month lease is an option (Zillow only has options for 6 and 12 months), then month to month after that. Refundable damage/security deposit due upon lease signing. First month's rent due at move in, and last month's rent due within 30 days of move in (to reduce the amount needed all at once). Utilities all paid by tenants. I'm glad to answer any lease questions and can be flexible on some terms.
