Rental comes with 2 beach badges, 2 beach chairs and umbrella. After taking in the sun and surf on the beach, come home and relax on your front porch or grill in the side yard. Area is very walk-able and there is a lot to see, explore and enjoy (even during lock-down). Beautiful historic Ocean Grove is just 2 blocks away and Asbury Park is just about 1/4 mile north of that. Restaurants are currently offering outside dining and take-out and several bars have started "to-go" specialty cocktails. Beaches are now open! Masks do not need to be worn at beach or on boardwalk but social distancing is recommended and masks are required for food pick-up/essential store entry. Apartment has private entrance, however, outdoor spaces are shared with downstairs unit. Monthly rate $5,000 August and includes all utilities, 2 beach badges, 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella and all linens, and cleaning charges. Available to rent weekly for $1425.
