Beautiful beach town on the Pacific Ocean with a good school district, excellent fishing, great dining options, community events, multiple parks and beach access points, and 2 larger towns each about 30min away. We are month to month so short or long term stays are welcome. Disclosure per WA law: we do not accept reusable screening reports. All applicants age 18+ must go through a background check. Renter Criteria: stable income from a reliable source (job, SS, etc) or significant savings, good rental history and/or references, and decent credit history. Credit and rental history issues are negotiable. Criminal history is handled case by case.
