The building is two blocks from the Wilshire & Western metro stop, 1.5 blocks from CVS, 2.5 blocks from Ralph's, and you really can't beat the location for going out to eat or having fun in Koreatown. The lease will be transferred from our names to yours, through the building (there is a credit/income check requirement) and lasts til Sept. 5 (at which point you can renew, or not). I only have nice things to say about the building, unit, management, and staff. My boyfriend and I are only leaving because I've started grad school at UCLA and want to be closer to Westwood.
