This is a quiet, small, family-owned complex. It is next door to a gym, close to the police and fire departments, and you can walk to Safeway or downtown in 5 minutes or less. There is a small side yard for gardening. BBQs are not allowed. Please call before 7 PM for application arrangements. Speak clearly and leave your phone number. I will call you back when I am able. Water, sewer, and garbage included in rent. There is one carport parking space, one additional space in our lot, and plenty of street parking nearby.
