Hello, We have a room for rent in our home (bedroom 4 on floorplan photo). We are looking for a roommate who will be a good addition to the atmosphere of our home with other professional roommates. The atmosphere of our home is: quiet, drama free, clean, safe, friendly, respectable and relaxed. No drugs, partying, smoking, heavy drinking, or pets (sorry we love animals too but just won't work well with roommates) are allowed in the house as we are all working professionals. Everyone is expected to clean up after themselves out of respect for other roommates in the house. The room is: $450, all bills paid, cable, wifi, washer and dryer, and kitchen. Bathroom is shared with roommates along with common areas. Rent will be due at move in, plus a $225 refundable deposit. A minimum of 1 month's notice move out is required so we may properly prepare and allow others the same opportunity to rent enjoyably.
