Prior to us moving in: At least 6 other families lived here. Someone changed garage into 3 bedrooms (poorly made) and a family area. Installed wood laminate in family area. We moved in April 2010. Our time-line is: 2010: Remodeled poorly made 3 bedrooms into nicer 3 bedrooms. Remodeled a Bathroom and fixed subflooring/plumbing. 2012: Enclosed part of the porch area to make a sun/exercise/bed/storage room 2013: Replace kitchen cabinet doors and changed countertop. 2016: Changed part of a bedroom into private Master bath and then enlarged master bedroom. Remodeled 3rd bath again - put in a new tub and install flooring. 2017: Replaced Dishwasher. Replaced entire sewer line. Built a privacy fence in back yard. Replaced wooden front porch with concrete. Replaced roof (replace under-layment and installed 50yr (transferrable) shingles). Did some landscaping. 2018: Replace/enlarged storage building. Increased size from 6'x10' to 12'x10' which added a lot of storage. Installed pellet stove. 2019: Painted bone white with brown Trim. Installed a patio for table, BBQ, pool,... 2020: Took out pellet stove. Ripped out kitchen cabinets and countertops. Installed new cabinets, flooring, and quartz countertop (total about $6,000). Removed part of kitchen wall to make more open area. Extended new kitchen flooring into living room and hallway. 2021: Replaced the fridge and stove. Moved old fridge into family room and made a small kitchenette. Plans: Replace back and front yard fence. Install drain system for roof run-off. Remove two large (dangerous) trees. Make a walk-in closet for master bedroom by removing tub in hallway bath, make it into a 1/2 or 3/4 bath.
